So are you guys a serious tournament? or is it more just about drinking?
ReplyDeleteWe take our organization very seriously. While the 'tournament' aspect of the event is less extensive than many other events around the world (less emphasis on presentation, competition, awards, etc.), it is still a very structured and attractive event.
DeleteBecause we have gone through the formalities of obtaining a liquour licence as part of our operations, we have the benefit of offering our player members some drinks throughout the event. This is something that makes our event unique in our market. That said, everyone is well aware of the fact that there are thousands of dollars of miniatures around, so no one wants to see anything get damaged because of uncontrollable, intoxicated behaviour. Hence, it is not a frat party, or an environment that encourages drinking as the main attraction.
